The location is perfect, as it's just a stone's throw away from Piazza Navona, and with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. The bus stop to the historic city center is also right in front of the building, which is incredibly convenient. The room itself is stylishly decorated and we also appreciated the nice and kind reception, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We were able to drop our luggage off before check-in and leave it there after check-out, which made our trip much smoother. Everything is top-notch, we would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Location was excellent - we walked to most destinations. The staff - all of them, were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and has a luxurious feel.

Really appreciate all the help from nicest receptionist (don't know his name but oldest one at the desk) I have seen in a while. Really good breakfast. Clean. Towels changed daily.

The hotel was beautiful, essentially the roof top seating. the location was perfect! It was so close to all the popular monuments that I could walk to see everything! The staff we very accommodating and kind. Also the bed was so comfortable!

Relais Orso is a design accommodation located in the heart of Rome, just 200 metres from Piazza Navona. Set in a 17th-century townhouse, its rooftop terrace offers panoramic views across the city. We stayed here twice during our recent trip yo italy. The staff were friendly and exceptional. We experienced a train strike, and the staff went above and beyond in assisting us in rebooking and navigating the process. They ensured our room was always clean, they constantly greeted us and took real interest in having a conversation each time we saw them, they felt like family. I would highly recommend relais orso to anyone who wishes to visit rome. A heartfelt thank you to Martina and her team for making our visit to Rome memorable. We will be back!!
