Friendly helpful staff, the room was clean, free welcome drinks upon arrival and left with a note and a gift. We were also able to leave our luggage after we checked out so we could go explore Rome a bit mpre before our flight. I loved the staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was big and spacious, the sheets and towels were replaced everyday, everything was clean. The location is perfect, just down the street from the subway and a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum. Had a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend it.
