Perfect little retro house with very sunny balcony. Very comfy beds. Plenty of everything needed to self cater. Perfect retreat for tired hikers . In old town near all the restaurants and hiking trails. Beautiful view of surrounding countryside from balcony. Easiest one of the nicest places we stayed on our 9 stays for the hike. Easy self check in . Sofa bed downstairs is more private than other sofa bed options are the main house is upstairs so feels like a separate bedroom . Situated in Porto Covo, near Bay of Porto Covo Beach and Buizinhos Beach, Chalé da Baía is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and barbecue facilities. It's a very cozy, well kept place with a very thoughtful interior. Our host Joana also provided bread and a little welcome snack and sent us information about Porto Covo beforehand which was very useful. It's located right at the Rota vicentina which made it perfect as a overnight stay for us, but it really made us wanting to stay a little longer!

Featuring a lush garden with pathways and benches spread throughout, Quinta do Paraíso is located in Pedreneiras, less than 5 km from S. Teotónio and 13 km from Odeceixe. The location is amazing!! It’s like a little villa build by fairies and surrounded by pure nature! For sure (with a capital S) that we’re coming back!

Monte Da Baía Do Tonel is located 5 km from the village of Zambujeira do Mar and offer a unique sense of peace and tranquillity. So quiet, the staff were great, they made us feel like we were at home. We used a small child and it was perfect for that too. They have já a better house because there was a bigger group next to us so they upgrade us for free to a nicer apartment so that we could Be on our own. A complimentary bottle of wine was waiting for us, that was fantastic. The house had everything we needed to shower sleep, cool etc. We loved it.

Monte Chabouco - Alojamento Local is located 11 km from Aljezur in the Vicentine Coast Natural Park and is 700 metres away from the Rota Vicentina walking trail. If you love it tranquil and rural, this is the place to stay when in the area. A car is needed to explore the beautiful places like mountainous Monchique and the gorgeous beaches.

Located within the South West Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park, Naturarte Rio - Duna Parque Group offers self-catering villas with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. A great quiet refuge, perfect for enjoying time as a family. The 2 Br unit was a perfect size for our family of 4, and the breakfast each day was huge and excellent. My kids loved greeting the farm animals each morning and we enjoyed the nearby hiking trails.
