I don’t even know where to begin. Lizi and her family were the most wonderful hosts. So warm and friendly and responsive to our questions. She told me all the best places to go for antique shopping and hiking to the channel. And the cottage was newly renovated and exquisite in every detail. From the large, newly built wardrobe to the medallions and light fixtures on the ceilings to the beautiful lighting in the kitchen. Even the path to the hot tub was magical. Lizi even had homemade bread and eggs and milk for us. We will never forget you. You made so many memories for us in 48 short hours. Come to Texas and I’ll roll out the red carpet for YOU next time. The holiday park was fantastic! We booked two bungalows, both with a view on the sea. Reception was flexible, as we could check in and out easily. And the beach was walking distance.

Deluxe Kipling Villa with Sea Views is set in Bideford, 800 metres from Westward Ho!, 2.6 km from Royal North Devon Golf Club, and 5.6 km from Lundy Island. The villa was great value for money. It was as comfortable as staying home.

Loved the location, loved the Barn, very nice welcoming hosts, great facilities, very comfy bed, fab woodburner! Looking forward to staying again in the near future.

Kitted out with all the bits you need and several things you didn’t realise you’d need. Beautiful views. Really welcoming and homely.

Featuring a terrace and views of garden, Budleigh Farm Cottages is a holiday home situated in a historic building in Moretonhampstead, 20 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse. It was a lovely, quiet location with plenty to do. We were greeted by chloe the dog on arrival and had a brief tour of the farm. The accommodation was clean and cosy and the perfect size for a couple. The added little welcome pack (milk in the fridge and a basket of snacks) really made it. We I wouldn't hesitate to visit again :)

Knapp House Lodges features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in East Anstey, 22 km from Tiverton Castle. The hosts made us feel welcome to use their gardens which were lovely and peaceful and made for a relaxing stay. Exceptionaly clean and a very comfortable bed. Welcomed with a cream tea and introduced us to Exmoor Tea - so good we had to buy some to bring home.
