The owner Fotis is the heart of the place and makes everything he can to make your stay comfortable. He even contacted us before arrival to let us know the room was ready earlier, even though we didn't ask about earlier check in. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. We stayed in two different rooms as we wanted to stay one more night, but the room we first booked wasn't available for longer. So we got to try two different rooms. Both were stylish and nice. The house is brand new and rooms nicely decorated and beds comfortable. For breakfast you can order eggs, toast, yoghurt, fruits, cereals, cakes, juice, coffee etc, and they are brought to your table.

It's an easy 5 minute walk from the centre of town. The room and facilities are high-quality, stylish and, obviously, very comfortable, secure and clean. I arrived late in the evening and Karl and Dimitri insisted on making me tea and toast. In the mornings the breakfast was excellent - and such a lovely, calm place to plan out my day. Karl arranged for a bike to be delivered and recommended a couple of excellent restaurants for lunch. At night it didn't even occur to me that anyone else was staying at Yayaki; there was no noise from other guests - despite a few small children around. Not knowing anything about Spetses, I had originally planned to stay at The Poseidon - I'm incredibly glad it was booked out. Yayaki is a far more peaceful, personal, welcoming experience.

The hosts George and Eleftheria together with the reception staff are always available and very helpful.

The facilities were impeccably clean and well maintained. Definitely met and surpassed our needs and expectations.

Our stay at Alexandris was a really nice experience. Staf so friendly and helpfull. The room nice and clean. Intersting view from the small balcony covering a busy town and the old harbour.
