Good communication from staff after a glitch in the booking.com system left our family of four with two rooms reserved for single instead of double occupancy. Everything worked out great.

Located in Fehrbellin, 44 km from Sachsenhausen Memorial and Museum, Hotel Rhin Inn provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The location was perfect for us because we were traveling from Denmark to Poland and needed a good hotel somewhere near the highway to Warsaw. This hotel was located about a minute drive from a highway exit, so we did not lose any time that we would have lost if for example we stayed in Berlin and had to enter the city. Apart from that the facilities are super nice and modern. The stuff was very polite and helpful + we got free parking.

Hotellin sijainti oli tosi hyvä. Metroasema ja ratikkapysäkki olivat hotellin vieressä; nähtävyydet olivat saavutettavissa myös jalkaisin. Esim. Alexander Platzille käveli 10 minuutissa. Lähistöllä oli useita ravintoloita ja kahviloita, myös muutama ruokakauppa. Junalla pääsi Brandenburgin lentokentältä kätevästi Friedrichstrassen metroasemalle, josta oli vain yksi pysäkki hotellille. Tosin juna kulki vain kerran tunnissa.

Hotelli on hyvää perustasoa. Kaikki toimi hienosti. Pääsimme huoneeseen etuajassa ja henkilökunta oli muutenkin avuliasta. Sijainti on mukavan rauhallisella alueella, mutta silti Potsdamer Platzille kävelee 10 minuutissa ja Brandenburgin portille 15 minuutissa. Huone oli kohtuullisen kokoinen ja mukavan hiljainen. Hotellin ravintola vaikutti hyvältä myös illallismielessä.

Beautiful location, with leisure possibilities directly around the hotel: walking and cycling in the forest, great lake for sailing and swimming, etc. The breakfast is really great, with a lot of choice, freshly made. We enjoyed a very comfortable, spacy family room with a large terrace. It really is a good option when looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature, very close to Berlin and the beatiful palaces and historic centre of Potsdam. The railway and tramway station are a 15 minutes nice walk through nature. Free parking just outside the hotel. We really recommend it for families, as the complex is family friendly.

Well, I think this is the first time I feel like giving a 10/10. Our stay was too short but we manage to enjoy everything this beautiful place and facility offered. It is really beautiful place and everything is nicely organized, quiet yet not boring. The stuff is very friendly willing to help well trained and they speak English effortlessly. Everything is clean and spacious - public areas and room. A reply comfortable bed (although the pillow was not). you can enjoy walking around, exploring, spending time in the beautiful open space lounge or relaxing in the spa area. the restaurant offers a really satisfying variety of well prepared foods and desserts. The staff again is so friendly and professional. Next to it there is an Italian restaurant that was smelling so good - unfortunately we didn’t tried it. I really recommend a visit to both - the beautiful nature and the hotel. For sure we’ll visit it again and next time we’ll make sure we have more days to spend.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Big room. Clean bathroom. Comfortable beds. I highly recommend to have breakfast.

This hotel was amazing. The gym was the best gym we have ever had in a hotel. Spread over two floors it have a lot of great stuff. The spa was really nice is which had sauna, steam room etc for extra 20 euros is not bad The breakfast was the best that I have ever had in a hotel. Really good and really nice gluten free bread available (as I am usually limited in breakfast due to allergies). Seriously amazing breakfast. The location was good just a 15 minute walk to the train station and many good restaurants nearby.

The house is clean with a fully furnished kitchen. Every required item is available and accessible. The host was very friendly and responsive. We are looking forward to come back soon.
