the decor, location and staff very helpful. staff were very receptive and quick to resolve issues. we requested a kettle (which they brought promptly) and advised sink wasn’t draining and they had it fixed straight away

Everything on the bed was fluffy, warm, organized, clean, and pretty. Heating worked extremely well, which is critical in a cold city like Seattle. Room was clean and staff were highly professional and helpful. I feel really fortunate to have stayed at University Inn and it made my time in Seattle more pleasant and memorable.

In our 7 weeks of travel, this hotel had the best shower pressure, nice hot water and the towels were lovely thick bath sheets. The rooftop was a great place to relax in the afternoon sun after a day of exploring downtown Seattle. Would definitely recommend the Belltown Inn

So centrally located and even though there was no on-site parking we were able to secure parking through the Inn for a lot just up the road. The room was clean, and the staff was so incredibly friendly! There were even on-site laundry facilities so we washed all our clothes before heading back home. Would totally stay there again.
