Welcome to our stunning, fully renovated condo located on the renowned Shore Drive in beautiful Myrtle Beach! Boasting a prime location just 200 steps from the beach in Pelican's Watch, this exquisite property offers the perfect beach retreat for families, friends, and couples alike. Enjoy the convenience of being minutes away from the area's best attractions, including the famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, while also indulging in the serene coastal ambiance.
Parking should be fairly open as there are a small number of units in the building. There are elevators with carts available to easily load luggage to the unit. The pool is located across the street by walking through the parking lot and through the walkway in the middle of the building. You are in walking distance to the Straw Market area where you can find a convenience store, liquor store, ice cream, coffee, and Flip Flops Bar & Grill.
