Excellent holiday park, very clean and tidy. Welcoming and helpful hosts. Plenty of hot showers, conveniently located amenities, affordable laundry. Sauna was brilliant! We were there on a weekday, so not many people, hence nice and quiet. We did hear sheep at night (not a nuisance, closing cabin doors muffled the sound), which was hilarious.

People who work there are lovely and helpful. They did everything they could to help us out once we realised what he had let our selves in for. So no criticism of them at all.

I think my children were looking for kids' park and a swimming pool. The facilities offered had to be checked with staff. Staff were friendly though.

Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool immensely. The gym was basic but functional. Our kids were also very entertained by the robot on room service. We liked the free parking as well.

It was a really pleasant stay. The hotel is good value for money, it has all amenities, including indoor swimming pool. We were on the 30th floor and enjoyed a very nice view from the balcony. Furthermore it's close to the city centre, pier and shops.

Loved the location and the quirky decor of the room. The bed was SUPER comfy. Happy campers all round from our group. Sadly now the teens think this is the norm for accommodation lol

This was a true 5 star experience of excellence! We were impressed with the top comfort of room and enjoyed spa & swimming pool facilities. Every year we choose this place for a winter staycation/weekend getaway and we never regret & always want to come back.

There's two sides to this hotel - what I'd call the hotel and then the tower block. I stayed in the hotel which has fantastic view of the Harbour Bridge. You also look down onto the large outside deck with swimming pool. I love the view from the deck, the swimming pool and outside spa and this is why I keep coming back. The room was large compared to other hotel studio rooms. There's also a tennis court but will have to come back again to use this :)

The location suited me perfectly as I was near to the camper van address I needed for the following day. I am female and was on my own but felt completely safe. I met one of the hosts who was very friendly. The room was really peaceful and the bed very comfortable. Although it is a compact tiny house I didn't feel cramped, quite spacious bedding area. Nice decking and seating outside.
