Very cosy apartment in the mountains, with a super friendly host. She gave us a welcome drink, re-made our beds (we wanted 2 single beds), gave us good advice about some places nearby and generally had a great chat with her. The breakfast was amazing too. We had a stroll in the evening and stumbled on an industrial site for perfumes, that was an interesting experience. In the morning she recommended a perfume factory to visit and so we did, and it was really worth it!

The breakfast was outstanding! We were so pleased with the freshness, quality, quantity and,... well, everything. It was perfect! Monte Alta is a terrific place to stay in Salon de Provence. It's very accessible to the centre of the lovely city and the facilities at the hotel/guest house are remarkable.

Well located, centrally, but quiet as it is in a small street and the rooms look towards an inner courtyard. The jams at breakfast, home-made by the host, were amazing! Room was clean, well-organized.

Smeštajni objekat L'Iris de Suse nudi bazen na otvorenom, vrt, zajednički salon i terasu u gradu Le Barroux. A very beautifully rennovated modern place with such a nice view, located by the foot of Chateau Barroux. Great breakfast, lovely bed and peace. Our host Damien made some excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to see in the area. We really appreciated the hospitality and easy communication. It was easy to acces by a car and find parking for the night close by. I would definetely visit again.

She decorated the stunning house and all the rooms herself and the breakfast ist delicious. The garden with the pool is an oasis just a few hundred meters away from the town center.

The breakfast was a delight ! We sat in our hostess’s garden under the shade of her market umbrella at the back of the property and could not help but enjoy her impeccable good taste. The selection of food and the attractive environs that she offered was partly from her experience as a designer but more I believe from her natural warmth and genuine desire to spoil us as her guests. I still keep thinking of our stay and hope very much to return one day to have Sonja treat us once again to her perfumed muslin sheets ! I thought they were just for babies ! But it was Grasse after all ! The living is all done at the back of this lovely old freestanding symmetrical French property and facing on to the garden, where it is quiet away from the road and with some views ( enter through the central iron gates and down the path on the LHS ) we found it easy to walk from the property up the hill a manageable distance to the various attractions of historic Grasse.
