Pensión Cabezas Oviedo is a recently renovated guest house in the centre of Oviedo, less than 1 km from Plaza de la Constitución and a 4-minute walk from Oviedo Railway Station. Among the facilities at this property are a lift and private check-in and check-out, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The guest house has facilities for disabled guests. The room was very clean and cozy. It had everthing I needed. Special thanks to the receptionist because I came very late, after 22:00 and they waited to let me in and wrote me all details. If I come to Oviedo again, I'll come back here.

The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare food. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The check-in process was easy, with entry codes having been sent through to us prior to our arrival. The location was good, just a short walk into the city. The other people we shared the flat with at the time of our stay were lovely, which made sharing the common areas a pleasure.

The guest house has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. Absolutely adored the location. If you are looking for rural bliss, don't look any further. The hosts are really friendly - I did not speak much Spanish, but with google translate and some good will from both sides, this became one of my most memorable stays ever!

If you have a car with you, it is a great place to stay. Without a car would be tricky... The room was comfortable, had also a small table where I could work on my laptop. Also good water both from the tap and from the stream next to the building.

Boasting a housekeeping service, this property also provides guests with a family-friendly restaurant. The guest house has family rooms. We were walking the Camino del Salvador, so this was the place we stayed after walking 5 days over the mountains. It was exceptional, huge room, breakfast nook with food, coffee and sweets. There was fresh bread on our doorknob in the morning for breakfast- have never had that service anywhere else. Host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended, worth the cost and much better than staying in student housing since albergue is closed.
