Cannot fault this place. Sasha the host is amazing and went above and beyond throughout our stay to ensure everything was alright. We got a free upgrade to a family room on arrival, as well as help booking day trips and taxis at a discount price. He even offered us lifts to places and extending our stay last minute was no problem. The hotel is in an ideal location in Patong, walking distance to shops and restaurants and still only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach/main strip, but on a quiet little street ensuring at night it's quiet and away from all the loud bars. The room itself is spacious and the bed/pillows were really comfortable. There was a decent sized balcony and the shower also had hot water which isnt always a guarantee in Thailand.

This was down a back street and when we arrived there it was like a home away from home , Joy was so lovely and welcoming she gave us a big hug when we arrived which was lovely . The room was big and had a kitchen area and washing machine and dryer in the room which was great , there was filtered water machines on every floor which was great to have . Joy is the best host we have ever had and was sad to leave to her we will definitely come back and stay with Joy again!

The second time we have stayed here this year. (under new management now). We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Pros: - Rooms are modern and clean - Bed/Pillows soft and comfortable - Owner and staff very friendly and welcoming - Aircon cold and clean - Wifi strong and worked well - Location is great, plenty of restaurants nearby, only a 10minute walk from the beach and party street - Pool is clean and has a great view, sunsets are divine - Bathroom clean and spacious - Safety lock box & fridge in room - Laundry service downstairs available Thank you for another great stay!

The place is relatively clean (no cobwebs in the corners), we got fresh water everyday, there is a water kettle in the room and a huge bed. The place is very close to the beach and right next to 7-eleven. Although close to the main street, could sleep very well. The AC and the wifi were working wonders.

This is now one of my favourite places to stay in Thailand. I tried to leave many times but kept extending my stay. The location is perfect - quiet, less than 10 mins stroll from the beach, there’s a hairdresser, tailor, laundry and restaurant in the same building. The staff are fantastic and housekeeping keep your room sparkling clean. The rooms I stayed in were spacious and both had cute little balconies.
