We were on 1.5 flights up but easy to get to and had lots of large bags and the owner offered to help with up and down.

The cute Guest House is run by a very friendly couple. We felt absolutely welcome from the start. The house is beautifully decorated and the rooms are clean. You can put together your own English breakfast and there is a large selection of delicious things, which are freshly prepared. If you are good on foot, you can reach the city center fairly quickly. We would definitely book again if we return to Eastbourne.
