Hotel Grifo in de Romeinse wijk Monti heeft een terras met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Op 100 meter afstand is het metrostation Cavour van lijn B gevestigd. The location is perfect, within walking distance from Colosseum, Trevi Fountain or Pantheon. We also have been by foot to Vatican and to Borghese Gallery (approx. 35 min walk). The room was sufficient for our family; not very large, but very comfortable with extremely good beds and very clean. One should keep in mind that this is a small hotel in an old building in the historical area of the city, so indeed the hotel had exceeded our expectations! The breakfast had a good variety of food and of very good quality. But, beside all these good things, what was absolutely outstanding were the people working there. They were all very, very nice, warm people, who always had a smile and who have been very helpful with all information we needed: restaurants, shopping areas, tickets, whatever we asked, they help or they simply asked how was our day and how we are. And THIS made our stay really special. We had to leave before the breakfast time, and they took care to let us know to come earlier and have coffee and some croissants, so we don't leave without eating anything. This way to take care of the guests is nowadays a really rare thing. Much appreciated, thank you! When we will visit Rome (because we will come again for sure, since this is an amazing city) we will come back at this hotel.

Palazzo Velabro, a Member of Design Hotels is aantrekkelijk gelegen in het centrum van Rome, en biedt kamers met airconditioning, een fitnesscentrum, gratis WiFi en een gedeelde lounge. De locatie kan niet beter zijn! Pal in het historische hart van Rome, maar toch zeer rustig. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en zeer correct. We kregen een zeer mooie upgrade nr een suite met terras. Het design is absoluut magnifiek. Het restaurant voorziet een heel lekkere keuken op hoog niveau en de pasta carbonara is de beste! Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA ligt in Monti, een van de populairste wijken van Rome. Het metrostation Cavour ligt vlakbij en het treinstation Termini en het Colosseum liggen op ongeveer 10 minuten... Eigenlijk was alles perfect! Mooie kamer, mooie welness die je prive af kan huren, op loopafstand van centrum en mooie hoogtepunten, heerlijk eten, prachtig dakterras met bediening enz. Maar wat het meeste opviel was de service en het bereidwillige zeer vriendelijke gastheren/vrouwen. Ze regelen alles voor je en je kan ze via whats app heel de dag bereiken, voor bijv een excursie, goed restaurant, taxi…noem maar op. Ze regelen het en boeken het voor je! al met al gewoon TOP!

Salotto Monti ligt in het historische centrum van Rome. U kunt in het hele pand gebruikmaken van gratis WiFi. Op het panoramische terras kunt u genieten van een drankje. Most of all is the atmosphere and breakfast on the terrace 😇🌤 we were looking for a hotel with a terrace and nice staff in .arch 2024. Such smiling, helpful, and friendly people are really rare to meet. Special thanks to Rosa, Elisa and Giorgia for our pleasant stay in th hotel😍and also thanks for a grande Coffee in the morning 🥰☕️ and bottle of Prosecco as a compliment from hotel to compensate some our misunderstanding with booking and flight. We were totally impressed🙃 You can see that the hotel cares about its guests! I will come here again!! Oh, we also got a cup and a bag as a memorable gift about Rome🙈 the hotel and service there totally met my expectations!
