Wow, what a place. Probably the best hotel I have stayed in. The layout is exciting and like a small village in itself, the rooms are decorated with great taste and true authenticity of the area and the view to the old fortress and mountains is enchanting. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were super helpful and polite. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant on the terrace, had a great breakfast and also enjoyed the pools and spa. The town is small and easy to explore from the hotel. I’d recommend wandering around the old fortress.

New hotel with spacious rooms, practically positioned on the lake, with very warm and friendly atmosphere. Staff was extremely polite, providing a great service. As someone who travels a lot and practically "lives" in hotels, I am especially sensitive to qualitiy of metresses and softenes of towels, both perfect here. Breakfast was also great, with variety of choices. Coffee could be better, but again, like in most hotels. SPA facility is "cosy" and" except internally pool, has all other amenities. It seemed to me that I was the first user of the Gym, which is also well equipped with latest TechnoGym machines. Pity that weather was bad so I couldn't try the rooftop pool. And view from the rooftop is spectacular. A la carte restaurant is also great providing the "fine dining" experience (I had a perfect dry aged steak), and I highly recommend to try it. Congrats to the whole staff and I really hope that you will maintain the same level of service. You have a "pearl" there... And just a small remark to the managemet: It is not a big deal, but there is no place around bathroom sink to put soap or toothbrush. I am sure that you will take this into consideration, as this is really an easy and quick fix...
