Hotel was booked as a cheap overnight stay on route to another destination. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Language barrier was no problem even though we spoke no Japanese and they only had odd words of English. Breakfast was basic but acceptable.

Check in was a quick and easy process, and my friend and I had adjacent rooms. The rooms were very clean and each has a mini fridge. The shower was easy to use, and the anti bacterial/ deodorant spray for clothes was a nice detail.

Accommodation in this city was limited, but Danrokan ticked the boxes for us. A fairly short walk from Kofu Station, we were met by friendly and welcoming staff. The room was very spacious with plenty of charm. Regardless of age, room was clean and tidy and we loved our stay here.
