Excellent accommodations, and great location with very easy access to the airport. The room was very well set up and the hotel services were fantastic. Best of all was the staff: Sara and Estefania at the front desk are superstars and were so helpful and kind! I loved every minute of my stay.

The drains in the toilet smelt really bad. I complained to the receptionist and instead of changing my room, she attempted to clean the drains with chemicals to remove the smell. Well it only lasted for ten minutes. The toilet seat had the previous occupant's hair and despite the fact that I signified to the cleaning crew to clean my room (by putting my card outside my room), my room especially the smelly toilet was not cleaned. Buses are available every 30 minutes and after 9.30pm the hotel location becomes accessible only by cab or walking almost a mile from the nearest bus station.

Forget CDG Airport if you want a day or two in Paris.
Forget CDG Airport if you want a day or two in Paris. You can't get there in a day. And never ever leave your luggage at the CDG Left Luggage. Never ever fly Air France where seats are too small for children.

Roissy-en-France isn't a tourist destination so a review of it is silly. Caveat - I was on foot and spent only a couple of hours walking around so probably there is more to the town than I saw. It was probably once a charming small town that has been commandeered by CDG airport. Now it seems to be just cheap airport hotels and light industrial businesses catering to the ailines. I found very few places to eat and almost none to buy groceries. You can walk a mile along a busy freeway to the truly dreadful Aeroville shopping center which is a crowded consumerist nightmare with high prices and a lot of stupid cookie-cutter, characterless stores selling overpriced crap. There is one grocery store there - Aucan, with very high prices compared to almost anywhere in France. There seems to be a nice park to walk in in Roissy but it was too cold to do so when I was there. In short I feel sorry for this little town which had the bad luck to have a giant airport move in next door.

Paris is always a place that would be my first choice when I...
Paris is always a place that would be my first choice when I plan to Europe as because of the facilitates the airport has. From the airport you can take Metro to the city center or to the hotel where you booked to stay (I usually book my accommodation through www.booking.com). If you are willing to stay for few days or week(s), just purchase a navigo card that you can purchase before you get on the Metro at CDG airport and the Customer Service is willing to speak English too compare if you buy in the city, mostly they refuse to provide service if you speak in English. And if you buy a single trip in the city, you could ended up standing long in the queue. Take any Metro or city map to check where to go and what to visit while in the country. Circle/mark it where you stay so it is easier for your to get back to you hotel. If you choose accommodation, make sure it is closer to the public transportations/Metro. If you are from Asia and cannot away from Asian foods, make sure to search Asian restaurant in the first days so you can mixed your food planning between Asian and European foods. Avoid any crowd and make sure to keep safe any of your valuable items. And enjoy every moments you are there even though it is during the winter or summer time. And thank you to Emirates/EK crews who always provide their best services during my flights.

The hotel itself was fine, but they close their restaurant for dinner on weekends which is a huge problem and disappointed. Because we booked through a travel site (Booking.com) we went by their information which did not indicate the lack of dinner options. For us the major complaint is with Booking.com for not providing accurate information. If you just want/need a bed, then perhaps this hotel would be fine, but we needed a decent meal after a day of travel and an early morning flight the next day.

What do you expect more for a budget hotel like this! A lady staff was so kind, let me checked in as early as 8am cause she understands that i had travelled in a flight for a long 13 hours journey.
As a lone traveler from Singapore to Paris, i'm here for just 3 days and 2 nights to watch Liverpool vs Real Madrid Champions League Final match on Saturday plus a visit to Eiffel Tower on Sunday. For me as a lone traveler, this kind of accommodation was just nice for me and it's nearby the airport.
Spacious, clean room with good shower, fluffy towels and comfortable bedding. Complimentary water in fridge.
Friendly, welcoming staff. We ate in the restaurant and on both occasions, enjoyed the reasonably priced meals.
The hotel is within an easy five minute walk from the free shuttle train to and from all airport terminals. Excellent choice for direct access by train into Paris. And an excellent choice if you have an early departing plane!
The hotel is clean, with good atmosphere. The service is good and the staff really tries to help with every request.
The hotel is located very close to charles de gaulle Airport. About 10 minutes drive.
The room was very clean. Good TV.
Breakfast us good, although not great (no vegetables at all)
The restaurant inside the hotel is actually a very good one by itself. I ate a few dinners there, and was very pleased.
I really appreciated being able to check in early. The sweet man at reception was gracious and professional. He patiently answered my questions and gave me directions to walk to Roissey.
I was pleasantly surprised to have an exceptional dinner in the hotel restaurant. Often, restaurants in hotels near airports offer mediocre dining experiences. Hotel Inn Paris CDG certainly provided excellent food and service.
We checked in very late after a long flight in order to avoid the need to make additional one hour drive to Paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Even thogh the hotel is very near to terminal 3 the room was very quit and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just for our needs. It is a nice place to stay for the night at the airport between travels
Value for money is good.
If you have an early morning flight in Paris CDG, then this is the hotel to stay at. The location was perfect being right in the airport.
The sound proofing is exceptional, even though you are right in the middle of the airport, once the door is closed all sound from outside is silenced.
It provided us with plenty of space and a clean comfortable place to spend the night.
I liked that is really closed to the airport (CDG), and the hotel itself is in a walking distance from a RER station that quickly connects both the airport and the city of Paris without any complications. Also the price is very reasonable for what they offer, compared to other hotels in the center of Paris. I would stay there again if I am going to Paris for few days.
Great location connect to CDG airport with trains. But restaurants staff lady very rude but the guy very nice. I don’t know even counter check in not friendly either. I been 10 day in Paris most hotel I stay I would give 10/10 but Novotel I only give 7/10 for 4 star hotel I expect more then this.
Proximity to CDG airport. There's a free tram that's a walk of maybe 2 blocks away, partially covered if it's raining.
The room was larger than your average European hotel room and was quiet considering the property is adjacent to the airport. A good location if you have an early a.m. flight.
The hotel is in an excellent position - right next to the airport and also close to the train into Paris. The hotel staff were extremely helpful on providing information. The buffet breakfast was a much higher quality than I expected and the dining area was very comfortable.
The room was excellent, We had a little trouble with the light switches, but figured it out. The whole hotel was extremely clean and the location next to the CDG Airport was great. The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke a little English.
The hotel is easily accessible from the airport, there are a couple of options for eating in house or you can access the options at the airport as well if you don't feel like going all the way to Paris. Public transport is very close as well.
5-10minutes by the free CDGVA Shuttle from the Airport. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. no airplane noise. Went to Paris for a quick tour, took me by train approx. 1 hour from the hotel to the center.
Good place to stay if you are looking for a budget hotel close to CDG Airport.
Decent breakfast.
Availability of Arte TV channel, which can help to kill the boredom of waiting for a flight.
