Great location very friendly staff. Quiet room but rather small. If I went back with my wife I would like a larger room but still in a quiet place.

The location is perfect - only a short walk from the old town. There's free parking at the station, just across the road. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but there's a very attractive terrace at the front of the hotel - perfect for a last drink in the evening. We'd be happy to stay again if we were in the area.

We have stayed here a couple of times before and always enjoyed it. We stayed in room 110. The rooms are nice, clean, but very warm, there is a fan provided which did go a little to helping. Kettle provided.
This time we were very pleased to find that you could book secure private parking on the hotel premises for 7 euros a day which was easily accessed and quality because of the parking in Obernai itself. Also bonus market on the Ramparts behind the hotel on Thursday morning.
My only criticism was the breakfast. The bread and croisants were dry and hard, the choice of ham and cheese was minimal. I'm afraid this did not seem the quality of previous years for the amount paid.
Despite this I would recommend this hotel to other travellers especially for the location in the centre of the town.

We had a room designed for someone with a disability.
We had a room designed for someone with a disability. It had wheelchair access although we didn’t use it. The shower/wet room was well designed for the disabled. It had a high rise toilet !! Access to the room/suite was by lift. It couldn’t have been more comfortable and accessible. Great wine and picturesque buildings . Drawback with wheelchair is the cobbled streets but choosing route carefully can obviate this!

Colmar is the best known town in Alsace but Obernai is better! Driving there is a challenge because of the one-way system but there is plenty of parking and the old town needs to be explored on foot. There is an extensive selection of tea shops and restaurants in the old town.

Obernai is a lovely small city encircled by an ancient city wall. It has great craft stores and restaurants. It also is at the foothills of Mt St Odile, a fabulous place to visit and hike in the surrounding forests.
This very beautiful 400 year old house is just amazing. It tells stories. And well, the rooms are not that big, but this makes part of the charm this hotel has. You walk the stairs the room, you can hear the wood cracking, as it has to be in such a place. The shower is very tiny the whole Bad room very small, but no problem on such a place. The breakfast very traditional Alsace way, fantastic baguette, good coffee. Nice traditional restaurant. A very nice experience.
Yonaguni spa is definitely worth a visit, great experience. The spa area in the hotel itself is also a nice one, but we did not appreciate that it cannot be used after the check out or before the check in, so one needs to pay at Yonaguni, if interested to go to spa. Room was pretty small and it could have been cleaner (a lot of dust and stains on the wall). Still bed was very comfortable. Breakfast has been excellent. Very polite and kind staff.
Very good hotel overall, the rooms are spacious and all equipped. We appreciated the 2 bottles of complementary water every day. The hotel is very quiet and perfectly located in the center of Obernai. The staff were very helpful and nice. The parking is quite spacious and for free. The swimming pool has a fair size, very clean and nicely warm. Easy access with long opening hours. The sauna and Hammam as well were great.
Room is very large. Large terrace. Functional kitchenette and extra large bathroom. Shower is curtained in to prevent water from getting the entire room wet, which was better than the other four hotels we stayed at during our vacation in France. The bed was not as firm as the others we slept on in France. The ground floor shopping center has a very nice boulangerie with wonderful looking pastries, sandwiches, etc.
Amazing villa with spectacular views, museum like design, and massive room spaces and porches. Lovely and generous breakfast served in sophisticated setting. Caring and engaged hosts that were helpful and kind (offered to drive us down to town from dinner -:). Complementary wine and snacks in the room and a great price for 4+star setting and service! It’s really a one of a kind place.
The hotel is located close to a lot of Obernai's main company sites so relatively easy to access. Everything takes about 15-20min to get to - whether it's the company sites or the city center. The train station is nearby.
The rooms are of decent size and very clean.
The bakery in front of the hotel is extremely good and it was very convenient to be able to walk there for Bfast.
This is our main choice for the Obernai region. This hotel is consistently great, charming, and its outstanding location remains unbeatable. Also, the cozy breakfast room always comes thru with authentic delicious treats local Alsace. It is not about quantity, it's about the superb quality and freshness of the breads, fruit, jams, cheeses and cold cuts. Can't go wrong.
Great location surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Free parking lot is only a few minute walk away. The room we had was spacious and comfortable for 2 people plus 2 dogs. I believe the windows are soundproof so noises can't come from outside. However, we could clearly hear noises from upstairs and in the halway. Overall it was a great stay for us. Merci beaucoup!
We loved absolutely everything-how comfortable and clean the apartment was, the equipment, the location in the heart of Obernai and how uncomplicated our stay was (check in and out just with a code). 10 Stars out of 10.
We were upgraded to a full suite. The room was quite nice, and they accommodated my special request for two twin beds. There was paid parking available at the hotel as well, which was helpful as we traveled by car.
Small, comfortable and very clean room. Highly recommend if you're visiting Obernai. The breakfast you can opt for in the tea room is fresh and served with a smile. I will certainly return.
I would live here if I could. One of the nicest places I have stayed in Europe. The A/C was perfect because it was so hot outside. Modern, big, great views. Right in the heart of Obernai.
