Perfect option for a layover. The hotel is not near Madrid, but that was the reason we chose it. We arrived at 2:30 am and upon arrival the receptionist was very helpful (we had a baby with us) and made the check in really fast. I would recommend this hotel to families or solo travelers. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in showers.

We had a late flight so needed an airport hotel with 24 hour check-in as we could't check in to our Toledo Hotel, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Coffee was available at reception on arrival, the room was everything we needed it to be, nand we were told of a very nice breakfast place nearby.

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!

The rest of the staff were rather helpful too. The rooms were very neat and clean. Shuttle service from the airport and back to the airport can be arranged by a phone call after you land. But just message them beforehand. The hotel is like 10mins away and is in an ideal for transit. The breakfast spread was good value. The bus from the airport is 8 Euro with one change. Taxi from airport to hotel is 20 Euro (this is the minimum for a taxi service). It's about 2-3 km away, so technically you can walk from the airport, we didn't since we had lots of bags. I enjoyed the conversation with the hotel owner - he told me about his travels and hobbies - which he describes in exhibits in the main lobby.
