Crans-Montana is summer-winter resort. We went for skiing. The views are amazing, the resort has skiing options for all the family but is not very big. Restaurants very cozy but expensive (well, it's Switzerland...). The town is very walkable, you can walk from crans to Montana or hike around the town.

Nice hotel in the mountains. Clean and with a good restaurant if you want to eat "Les fondues" On the negative side we had to ask for the glasses (for our water) many times, the waiter was no so observant' I was not easy to get coffee to our breakfast. Beautiful scenery, lovely village, walks, shopping, restaurants views from the mountains. Ride up to Cry d' Er by gondola and walk down to a fabulous hotel Chetzeron and enjoy a BBQ lunch on the terace.

They showed they listened to you and were always with a genuine smile. - The room. The room was perfect, and impeccably clean and the view was simply outstanding. - The bar. The beer was really good (they have their own brew) and there were some performances in the bar during our stay. - The location. It is right next to the ski lift and within walking distance of the center of Montana. - The value. Overall, it was a great hotel to stay in for the price.

Very high standard throughout, looked as though full hotel has had recent, very thorough refurbishment. Room was very well equipped, good linens and exactly as pictured. Staff were excellent throughout with special mention to Floor 5 housekeeping and the Restaurant team. Location was excellent for access to the Montana/Arnouva Gondola, 2mins walk. Bus stops on street outside and Arnouva escalator make getting about easy.

The apartment has been renovated recently and has every confort (including dishwasher and washing machine, very appreciated! ), and a covered parking in the basement. The bedroom is comfortable and the living room is very cozy, with an amazing view on the Swiss Alps. From this location it is possible to reach the slopes quickly, both for skying and for walks.
