Firstly the hosts were delightful , very welcoming and helpful. The newly built accommodation was sparkling clean with 5 private rooms , and a shared area with tables and chairs and a sofa . Very close to the heart of town with restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away . A sunny courtyard at the entrance was also much appreciated. We were guests for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Modern House , and the welcoming hosts .

It was an absolutely stellar amazing experience, the best guest house in Breb! For first timers, there is only one restaurant in Breb that is remote and hard to get to, a tiny market, and no bank or ATM. As such, the property you stay at SO important. I extended my stay because this beautiful guest house was so incredibly wonderful, peaceful, warm and comfortable. My Highest recommendation!

The house is beautifull, located just in front of Mocanita train station... The hosts were really nice and friendly, very helpfull. All in all we had a really wonderfull stay.

It has a beautiful yard with seating. It is actually located about a kilometer from the center, as it was also stated in the information. You can get there in about 15 minutes by leisurely walking. Both the owner and the lady at the reception were very pleasant.
