This place was 35 mins away from the train station by walking. You can use the bus but it may be easier to come by driving. The best thing about this stay is kindness of our host. He gave us a ride to the train station anytime we need.

The location on the harbour was exceptional and nearby swimming in the warm (even in October) clear Mediterranean. Management was very helpful and friendly.

There is a focacceria next door, a fruit and veg shop across the road and a supermarket almost round the corner😉. The place was super clean and the host was super welcoming and polite. There was a bottle of water waiting for each of us in the fridge and a few biscuits waiting on the table.

Her genuine care and attentiveness towards her guests are what set her apart. I have traveled to many places, but this was the first time I encountered such a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. The size of the apartment is perfect, the property is very close to the train station for those who want to visit Cinque Terre and only 10 min walking from the marina and there is a supermarket next to the apartment. The apartment was very new and clean. The apartment was cleaned every day and our host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. She sent us many recommendations about how to move around and restaurants and she even offered to keep our luggage if we would need it after check-out.
