The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. When we came the host offered us excellent Japanese tea. It was so relaxing and quiet in the middle of intensity of travelling in India. The guesthouse was very clean, and mosquito nets were provided, also washing mashine was there. Apart from the rooms, and kitchen, there was an extra living room, with very large balkony, which created homely and cosy atmosphere. Arigatou🙏

Tara Guest House ligger bara 1 km från det berömda Mahabodhi-templet. WiFi är gratis. Receptionen är öppen 24 timmar om dygnet. Strongly recommend!! I was suppose to stay for 2 nights and stayed for 5 . Very clean and welcoming rooms, the family will make you feel at home and help with whatever you may need and always with a smile. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Bodhgaya! ( bonus fact, they mange a school for some kids in need. Your money will serve good purposes )

Gaurav guest house ligger i Bodh Gaya, inom 2,1 km från Great Buddha Statue och 11 km från Vishnupad Temple. Boendet ligger cirka 17 km från Gaya tågstation och byggdes 2017. The room was spacious, clean and had a great balcony to sun bathe in the morning. If you want to visit Karmapa temple, this is the best place to stay, since it's literally on the other side of the street. The best though is the hosts. Gaurav and Godson are very good people, very friendly and will help you with anything you need. We felt very welcomed and accomodated. Highly recomend.
