At first, I was hesitant to book because I saw a previous review that the wifi was slow but since then the host Zakki has upgraded his line and I had no problems whatsoever doing a zoom work call - the line was probably better than in my home! I loved my little bungalow, it is so cute and comfortable and host Zakki was amazing. He helped me arrange a private driver from the airport to Bangsal Harbour, gave information on how to get to Gili Air and what to do around the island. He really cares about his guests and looks after them so well, I feel like we’ve become friends. The staff here are lovely too, and the bunnies are so cute. The place feels so peaceful, quiet, cosy and homely and I truly enjoyed my stay here.

The place is really pretty and very well done. We loved how the host treated us and gave us all the recommendation on what to do in the island. We had bikes for free so it was pretty convenient to move around. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The bed and breakfast offers a continental or à la carte breakfast. Only spent one night here but it was a pleasure. Super funny, friendly and helpful staff. Just a short walk away from the pier and out of the way from all the guys trying to sell you stuff in front of the main hotels and on the main roads. Bike rental is possible and the guys tell you the best spots to go around the island.

The owner is very funny and help us always. The breakfast is very good. Amazing place to stay in the island.

At the accommodation all rooms come with a desk and a TV. Great restaurant and staff. The location was close to the village centre and the staff were very accommodating with ordaining snorkling, bike rentals and transportation to the pier.

Gili Trawangan is 2.2 km from the bed and breakfast, while Tanjung is 11 km away. I can’t wait to return!! From the moment I arrived I knew I wanted to come back and stay much longer. I was greeted warmly by Made and his huge smile and immediately served a lovely cold tea with ice which was so appreciated on the hot, humid day! The property is beautiful, filled with hibiscus and other blooms and obviously so well cared for. My traditional bungalow was well designed and decorated, with a very soothing vibe. The bed and pillows were so comfy and the space was squeaky clean. The attached open-air bathroom was also thoughtfully laid out and decorated with shower, toilet and sink...all worked perfectly. There was a covered entrance with table chairs and hammock for sitting out. There is a pool with umbrellas and loungers, the pool was super clean and the space was relaxing and lovely. There were so many extra touches that really stood out...a flat screen TV, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash, bicycles to use, booking massages or activities, a delicious dinner menu and the availability of cold and hot beverages throughout the day. Breakfast was delicious and served with a big smile by Reeka, a wonderful way to start the day! Homemade bread, fresh fruits, banana pancakes, eggs, coffee/ tea and juices- delish!! Of course, the best parts of Meno Dream are the owners and staff! Made and Bernie have created a true oasis on this little island, it is clear that they put their heart and soul into their resort! Their staff, Reeka and Ari, take very good care of you and the property. They are all so warm, kind and well organized. If you are lucky you will meet Lana, Made and Bernie’s adorable daughter, she may play you her favorite songs and have a dance party! Thank you all for such a beautiful 5 days🙏🏽
