Appley is a nice family-led B&B in the hear of Shanklin. Basically all sights and the beach are just 5 minutes walk away (and a lift, in case of the beach). The owners are absolutely lovely and were just the best possible hosts to have. The cooked breakfast was the best we ever had - and we did stay in about 10 other B&Bs just on that vacation. Appley alone is a reason to return to the Isle of Wight, really.

Quiet location with a 2 minute walk to the main road. Room was a decent size and extremely well furnished. Everything was finished to a high degree of standard. Bathroom was large and the water pressure was great. Breakfast was very nice and varied during our stay. There seem to be only 3 rooms at the property so everything was personalized.

Number 29 - Only Adults ligger i Shanklin, 650 meter från stranden. Alla rum har en platt-TV och ett eget badrum med dusch, hårtork och gratis badprodukter. Vissa rum har en bekväm sitthörna. Lovely host, very accomodating. Breakfast was great. Host offered to book ferry tickets at a discounted price.
