Everything!! Very spacious but still cosy, clean and well equipped rooms. Great homely reception with family games and close to Grand Canyon. But best of all - amazing support from Becky our host! We were snowed on unexpectedly and she did everything she could to get us on our flight the next morning when we were unable to drive out - amazing!!

Great location and so peaceful. Was used as a base for visiting The Grand Canynon which ws about an hour's drive away, The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for a party of four. Ryan was a great host who contacted us a couple of times to ensure all was well and responed quickly to the one question we had. I highly recvommend a stay at this proprty.

James was a great and friendly host. The house was much bigger than it looks in pictures, and has 3 separated bedroom areas which made for a wonderful and private stay with a larger extended family. It is located in a quiet area of Williams but very accessible to the Downtown and the train station. The house was super clean and well stocked and well furnished.

We traveled with 4 young children and this location exceeded our expectations with wonderful outdoor space to play and very kid-friendly decor. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was warm with good pressure. It was quiet, private, and easy to find. We were very well taken care of when the heater on one side of the cabin failed to work. I hope we get the chance to stay here again!

Very polite and helpful reception staff. Even though the motel is located in the center of the town, between two main streets, it is quiet and peaceful. Definitely clean. Close to good restaurants, I especially recommend Pine Country - nice, tasty and relatively cheap. Stable and fast enough internet connection. Comfortable beds.

The location was great. In the center of Williams, a nice place to stay and visit the Grand Canyon National Park. Even though is about 1 hour from the South Rim Entrance, you won't find the cheapest place closer to the park. It is a nice and quiet place, great if you want just a place to sleep, and recover your energy after a long day hiking in the park.

    - very quiet, you will neither hear the highway nor the trains passing through the city Center (unlike with the other motels in the city Center) - older hotel, but clean - great location if you travel to the Grand Canyon

A coffee maker in common space and also lots of snacks! Loved being able to leave the room’s back door open overnight ( locking the screen door) to catch the cool night breezes coming in from the covered porch overlooking the park like yard where weddings are held. It was quiet and very private. Great parking and very close to the charming town. Door codes were easy to do and no losing or fumbling for keys! Nice green rockers and a cute cafe table and bistro chairs outside on the porch.
