Bianca, our Hostess, was there to meet us and show us our apartment. We stayed in the two bedroom, with air conditioning. The air conditioner was in the bedroom with the king sized bed. The one bedroom was also very nice, it had a washing machine but no air con. The apartments are in a new building behind a gated yard. Big play area for the kids. A place to park your car. Bianca was a wonderful hostess,speaking very good English and going above and beyond for us. Being on a side street off the Main Street it was very quiet. We had a great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed made up with crisp cotton sheets. We’ll outfitted kitchen, Carrefour grocery nearby. I highly recommend Casa Zia and would return.

This quiet little place on a busy traffic circle turned out to be perfect. The restaurant downstairs served great food (I had breakfast, lunch and dinner here). Reception and check out were quick and efficient. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable (I did not want to leave!) The water pressure was good. The bed, comforter and pillows were very comfortable. The AC worked well, and quietly. There is off street parking in an interior courtyard which was good for my motorcycle.
