Everything. I was totally in love with the place. They were really loving to us, i felt i was home. Will totally recommend this place if you want to go to Lago di Como (Varenna). If you go by train, when you arrive you can see the hotel just in front of you. It is really close to everything you can walk. Mauro and his wife explain everything to us. Located in the historical heart of Varenna, Casa Contrada Bella is a traditional stone house with wooden beams, wrought-iron beds, and free WiFi. It is close to shops and restaurants, and a short walk from the lake shores.

The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, the location is a 10 out of 10, right in the centre, but still in a quiet place, really close to the only place where you can swim in Varenna, a nice small beach. However, what I liked the most was the manager Diana, one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Thanks a million once again, Diana!
