This is by far the most clean place we have been to. Ever. The bed is amazing, airconditioner AND a fan, just in case. Spacious room, with also table for two. The whole place smells amazing, a there is a kitchen for use for all 3 rooms, and shelfs with boxes for each room to keep food. One can not use the oven, and this is understandable, but there is a microwave. Free coffe, tea, balcony on 2 of the rooms, the other one have acess to balcony in the kitchen. You can always reach the hosts on phone or message, they are very friendly and welcoming. Close to the beach, train station miramare is not far away. Highly recommend this place!

Great location near the old town. Seaside is within a walking distance. As this is in city, shops and restaurants are within easy reach. It is quite a spacious flat with everything needed for pleasant stay. A great touch was that hosts have thought about ``hungry travellers`` :) and there was some basic food in the kitchen in case you arrive late and are too tired to go look for shop and restaurant. Our stay was really good. P.S. Republic of SanMarino is less than 20 km from this accommodation and very well worth visiting.

The villa itself was really nice, with comfy furniture and pretty decorations. The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The owner was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that my every need was met. And the homemade breakfast she was serving was delicious, made with good quality products. Plus, the villa is in a great location, right next to the bus station and not far from the historic city center. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

One side of the villa overlooks the sea, while the other opens into a pleasant street with small shops and cozy restaurants. Tazio and his wife Mara were fantastic hosts! From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Every morning I looked forward to Mara's delicious breakfasts. She also taught me some practical Italian, while Tazio taught me how to play bocce. Give it a try, but don't expect to beat Tazio the first time )
