David was a very nice host. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It is also a 5 minute walk into the centre of Arenas so well located. The breakfast was simple, ample and good value. Delicious coffee.

Staff were very accommodating, parking was easy and the hostal is in an excellent location to walk some of the most famous hikes in the Picos de Europa. Menu del día with a whole bottle of wine for 14EUR at the restaurant was great value and had huge portions.

This hotel is perfect in every way . . . . Every detail is taken care of, so that the guests are comfortable! Our room was lovely, and breakfast was plentiful. I especially liked the location and the garden with lovely views of the mountains. The spacious kitchen was really useful too, and there's a living room one can use. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very comfy bed and pillows and spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though I messed them around by asking for a different room. We ate in the restaurant one night which was fine, not cheap but not silly prices and nice just to wander back upstairs !EllieYoung couple

Las Arenas is far enough for peace and quiet and near enough for convenience. Set menu for evening meal with a choice of three main courses and priced well but there are also restaurants nearby if you don't like the choices. Room was a bit basic but bathroom was really nice and everything was clean, Excellent breakfast was included so good value for money. Easy access rooms available with no steps and car parking was plentiful and right outside the room.

The location is central, extremely quiet, and with a stunning view of the mountains. We had a nice room with direct access to a small garden where you can enjoy a glass of wine or eat your breakfast. Free parking. Sleep with the window open and let the babbling brook lull you to sleep. The town of Arenas de Cabrales is a sweet, quiet country town, with a very important cheese tradition. The kitchen facilities were great.
