The apartment is beautifully renovated. It was comfortable and convenient to shops, parks, and historic sites. It is very well equipped for self-catering with all modern equipment. The washing machine was really appreciated, as was the fresh fruit and sweets... a very nice touch! The terrace was a bonus! Carlos was quick to communicate, and it seems he really cares for his guests. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

FAFEL LITTLE HOUSE - Quinta de Cravaz, a property with a bar, is set in Lamego, 1.4 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary, 16 km from Douro Museum, as well as 36 km from Natur Waterpark. This little house is just that, everything is there, but small. The way it is organized, however makes it very comfortable for a base of visiting the town. You can make your breakfast in the morning and take off to see the local sights and everything is close. You can actually see the top of the Sanctuary (with all the steps) from the windows. It is quiet and the bed is comfy. Our bus didn't leave till mid afternoon and the hosts let us stay an extra couple hours-thanks.

Located in Mesão Frio, 12 km from Douro Museum and 27 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary, Cantinho da Quintã offers a garden and air conditioning. We booked last minute to stay and enjoy a fantastic dinner at Quinta de Sao Bernardo 1km away. The property and the family were adorable. They waited later dor us to arrive so they could greet us. The apartment is immaculate and they left us port and cake to try in the room. There is a coffee machine with capsules and a kicthen and fridge. You can park your car directly at the house too. It was such a suprise and warm hospitable feeling for our trip, we left an extra tip at the end. Thank you so much 😌🙏🍷

Right in the heart of the city by the Castle. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The room was spotless and beautifully done. Could not have asked for any better.

An easy 4 km drive up into the hills near Peso da Regua, the apartment is a high-end renovation of a beautiful schist house. Stylishly decorated. The 1-bedroom apartment has everything you need and is perfect for even up to two couples because it has two bathrooms, so once the bedroom door is closed you have two private spaces. A filling and delicious breakfast was brought in a picnic basket each morning. Great view of the valley below and you can watch the sunset. Very good internet. Owner José and on-site Claudia are very friendly and helpful.
