Host had left water and chocolates for us which a lovely surprise. Everything worked well and the host answered any questions we had. Very spacious and felt more like a hotel than a a flat !

Manger Square is 10 km away and St. Catherine's Church is 10 km from the apartment. The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to transportation. It is clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and quite, thanks to double glazing windows. The customer service is excellent, they keep in touch regularly and answer quickly to any question. A complimentary bottle of wine, and plenty of quality tea and coffee capsules, were provided. Plenty of towels and bedding were left. Wi-Fi worked well. Having a washing machine and dryer is a great bonus!

Our host was charming and could not have done any more to make our stay enjoyable. Neve Ilan is a really lovely village near to Jerusalem. Close enough to the city but in the most beautiful countryside. Everything at the bnb was very nicely kept. We would definitely return

The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable. The support given by the staff is great.

Featuring a bath or shower, private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. The apartment was ready, clean and had all facilities as mentioned. I was pleasantly surprised to find kitchenware and cutlery. The host also made it a point to provide garbage bags. We could not find garbage bins in the locality and host immediately send me directions to one which was a 2 min walk from the apartment. You will find some coffee and tea sachets along with sugar, salt and pepper which helped us as we needed some coffee the moment we arrived and did not have to step out for it. I recommended Segal to a tourist we met who plans to bring his family for a longer stay in Jerusalem. Keep up the great job!
