The location is ideal, close to all the places of interest (shops, restaurants, castle, lake). The hotel is very beautiful, just like the pictures. Our room was super spacious, extremely clean and with all the necesary facilities. The staff was the best part of it all. Everybody was so available, nice and helpful. They helped us with parking and extended our check out time after our request. I’ve been to Ioannina a many times, and I can describe it as the best experience. I will come back for sure and I recommend this hotel a 100%! Thank you!

The host is completely available for every request.

Spacious room for two or for two+child. Great place to work from. Great flexibility from the host, even when the wrong room got booked. Zero attrition checking and checkout. No car access but free parking everywhere nearby. Maximum 7 minutes walk the first time (to locate it).

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay there. If you travel without a car it has an ideal location - between the Kiani Akti beach and downtown. The rooms are clean and tidy, the daily cleaning is awesome. And the owner is super friendly and ready to help whenever you need it. We traveled with 2 kids 4 and 7 you and will be back with great pleasure

CHE BELLO LUXURY APARTMENTS ligger i Preveza, 2,1 km fra Pantokratoras Strand og 3 km fra Alonaki Strand, og har byudsigt. Det ligger 700 m fra Kiani Akti Strand og har elevator. No need to search any other property. "Che Bello" is simply perfect place to stay when you travel to Preveza. We were so lucky to chose it for our stay. Vaso is a great host, so kind, always available to explain, to help and provide fresh fruits from her garden!

CITY HILL Luxury Apartments ligger i Ioannina, 5,4 km fra Folklore Museum of Epirus Studies og 5,5 km fra Agios Athanasios Domkirke, og har have og byudsigt. The apartment building is brand new and modern. There is private underground parking with an elevator to the upper floors (there is a code to enter the underground parking anytime). You can enter the building anytime using your room key or a code. If you have an apartment with a balcony with a view, the view is breathtaking day and night. Extremely quiet, peaceful, there is virtually no road noise. We enjoyed many mornings having breakfast and dinners in the evening on our balcony. Excellent air conditioning, plenty of hot water for the shower, and very comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchenette was helpful, it was fully equipped with all the basics. There is a local church right around the corner. Within 5 to 10 minute drive there is the center of the town with supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacy, barber shops, beauty salons, high quality fitness centers, etc. There is a 15 minute drive to the center of Ioannina. Keep in mind you will need to have a car for this apartment. What we really loved about this apartment is the fact that is located in the middle of a neighborhood with families and children often walking. We did not feel like we were tourists, we felt like we were locals and part of the everyday life.
