The flat is perfectly situated in Siena: very close to the city centre (10-15 mins walk), but in a quiet residential area. The flat was very clean and with all the necessary things for an overnight stay. Very convenient also for longer stay, as the kitchen is well equipped and spaces comfortable for two people. Pasquale was also very responsive and ready to sort out any issue we had during our stay. Parking is off street and free, but we had no issues in finding a place right outside the building (we arrived around 6pm). there is a small supermarket at 5 mins walk as well, very convenient, and a cafe at 10 mins walk with a fantastic panorama of Siena. We were very happy of our stay, and we will definitely visit again if passing by Siena!

The location feels so remote whereas it is just 5 min drive from Siena historical center and believe me it is much better to stay outside the center as you can have a quick access to your car and can visit all nearby towns in Tuscany. Property very well maintained and beautifully designed. We almost didn’t want to leave the property. Our host Edmondo was very friendly and welcoming, it just felt like we know him since forever! we will definitely be coming back.

You can park in front of the building, but they also have an underground parking space very close that the Villa offers free of charge. The owners' attention is great. The attention of the owners is magnificent, they are very nice and in particular they offered to solve a small problem of paperwork for us.

    En nydelig leilighet med flott beliggenhet. Enkelt å få tak i eier hvis man trengte det. Leiligheten har det man trenger av utstyr. Den lille balkongen var helt fantastisk og vi satt der å koste oss i timesvis.

    Verten var hyggelig og svarte raskt på meldinger. Beliggenheten var bra, men vi var nok litt uheldig med tidspunktet for oppholdet vårt. Mens vi bodde der pågikk en festival, og det var av denne grunn veldig mye bråk utenfor leiligheten - det var rigget langbord for flere hundre personer rett utenfor, hvor de drakk vin, spiste og sang høylytt til langt på natt. Jeg er dog ikke imot festival, men vi skulle nok helst bodd et annet sted akkurat disse dagene. Leiligheten var romslig.

    Meget god beliggenhet i sentrum. 2 minutter gange til domen. Stor leilighet med flott hage i bakgården. Alle fasiliteter i leiligheten. Også vaskemaskin. Følg anvisningene til utleier om parkering. Velg å parkere utenfor gamlebyen ved slik at du slipper ubehageligheter. Kun 7-8 minutters gange.
