The apartment was roomy, had all the amenities, and it was spotless! Salvatore, the owner, brought us espresso every morning that was delicious! He would leave it outside our door along with a pastry. He was so kind, and it gave us more of a homey, cultural experience.

The property was super clean and well looked after. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible, recommending the best wineries and restaurants in the area. Along with complimentary bottle of local wine on arrival and breakfast for the following days. This is one of our favourite stays. Would highly recommend.

Everything, the appartement was perfect 👌 brand new appartment, very clean.. it was like staying at an expensive hotel, but for a very good, may i say cheap price. Best appartment we stayed at in a long time and we travel allmost constantly. Don´t hesitate, book this appartment if you have the chance, you won´t regret it!

We spent in the apartment 10 amazing days. It is just after restauration, well equiped, all furniture, things are new. The apartment perfecly located- 5 minutes from train station where you can connect all directions.Parking in the restricted, safe area under the station on the other side of the street. The owner intersted in our stay, recomended places to eat, buy, visit. We could count on him and ask at any time.

You can live comfortably in this place for a long time.

Tommaso was an excellent host, always responding promptly and going the extra mile. The apartment was clean and comfortable, a few minutes' walk from the central part of Prato. The Wifi was excellent. Lots of nice-quality towels were provided. The security felt good. There's one flight of stairs, but Tommaso kindly carried my suitcase. He offered to arrange a taxi for me at the end of my stay. All around it was a top-notch experience.
