It seems that we finally found the perfect hotel in London. Location, price and conditions are in harmony. When arrived we were met by Julia, she was very attentive to our requirements, and gave us cosy apartment. The breakfast also was very good. The hotel is close to Tower, bus and subway stations. It is new, clean, has very hospitable management and all needed facilities. Next time we will stay here again!

After a whirlwind 24 hours of travel with my child, we had our plane tickets canceled by the airline, then missed our ferry, and landed a day late in London. Thanks to Native Bankside, what could have been a logistical nightmare and a travel disaster turned into a story of exceptional customer care. The understanding shown by the reservations manager was nothing short of a relief. He not only empathized with our ordeal but also went above and beyond by extending our stay to replace the missed night, at no additional cost. In a world where sticking to policy is often the path of least resistance, Native Bankside chose kindness and understanding. This gesture of genuine care made all the difference. It’s not just the amenities or the location that makes a hotel outstanding, but the human connection and support during times of need. Native Bankside made us feel welcomed and valued. The location is also wonderful, and getting there is a few minutes by bus from the central train station (then 2 min walk).

Kulkuyhteydet Gatwickiin (35 min junalla) ja keskustaan (15 min bussilla) loistavat. Lähistöllä kioskeja ja pikku kauppoja sekä lasten leikkipuisto (vajaa 1 km). Ja ihana sekä avulias emäntäperhe, jonka kanssa saadaan pikku puutteet tai muut haasteet nopeasti ratkaistua!

Asunnossa oli kaikki tarvittavat mukavuudet. Pieni ja kodikas. Metro asemalle tosi lyhyt matka ja tältä asemalta myös suora yhteys myös lentokentälle. Oxford street lähin ostoskatu. Siistit huoneistot, hyvät sängyt ja tyynyt. Iso jääkaappi sekä keittiössä kaikki tarvittavat välineet ruuan laittamiseen sekä lämmittämiseen. Hissi on. Sovelluksen kautta sai nopeasti yhteyden henkiökuntaan ja asiat hoituivat sen kautta mm. siivouksen tilaaminen. Safetybox-huoneistossa, koodi pitää pyytää respasta.OllikainenPikkulapsiperheet
