    The place is well located mid-day between airport and downtown with several restaurants walking distance and three malls close by. An internal market in the 🏫 lading and a regular supermarket at the corner. The flat is perfectly appointed with all you need for a 2-3 days stay. Bed is super comfortable and everything is so clean! Check-in checkout are streamlined and easy.

    We loved the place; perfect for two adults and a child. The apartment amenities were excellent- there was everything we needed and more. The location inside the condo was excellent, next to the club house and the club house has everything you need, pizza, bar, açai, bakery, mini market... Located 10mins drive from all where we needed to go to. The owner was extremely nice and helpful

    The studio really has everything you might need. The host is very considerate. For example, the host left extra keys, an adapter, could warter to drink and many other small things. My son got sick and I couldn't come on time. The host did not charge me for two days. That's really very nice of him. I would also like to add that the apartment is very modern, with large windows, a very good modern shower, with a strong flow of water, an electric stove, a refrigerator, and a water purifier.

    I liked the garage and the shower. The apartment was clean, but some extra tools would facilitate. Short people like me might find it challenging to access cups and other utensils, especially the microwave. A chair that permits work comfortably on the laptop would be cool, and the same about someplace to hold things by the bed. The Cento e Dez Flats' staff were always extremely gentle and attentive.

    the entertainment system was complete, the bed was comfortable and big, the day & night blinds were perfect, the bath was beautiful and there was a washer. it is a perfect apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but I think it was already booked by someone else

    Spacious, clean, good WiFi and internet TV, very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The apartment is situated inside a safe and well guarded condominium. The condominium has it's own private owned stores and shops, like a hairdresser, a pet shop, grocery store, little restaurants and even an ice cream parlor.. The people living there are polite and helpful. Staying there gave us a good feeling !
