Mint House St. Petersburg - Downtown provides accommodation within less than 1 km of the centre of St Petersburg, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster. This property is quite new and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Really convenient with washer and dryer in the room and the dishwasher. We had breakfast in the room some days, but also enjoyed breakfast at some of the restaurants/ coffee shops on Central Avenue. Location was perfect for easy access Downtown and to St. Pete beach. Will definitely consider coming back.

I loved this location. It was the exact vibe I was looking for. I wanted a quieter, beachy, low-key feel as opposed to the busyness of the city. I felt very safe and at home here and I still had access to everything I wanted to do.

Great place close to Tampa Convention Center (10 min walk). Stayed there for a week for professional conference at Tampa Convention Center, that can be reach by 10 min walk. The stuff is always in the lobby and ready to help with any question. On the seventh floor nice pool with additional facilities around (like barbeque area, relaxation center and gym - open from sunrise till sunset). There are few restaurants on the same street, also a supermarket with additional fast food (soups, sushi etc.). 5 min walk to Channelside Bay Plaza (fast food nice area with outdoor/indoor seating multiple seating styles). 5 min walk to The Florida Aquarium and also 5 min to Amalie Arena if you come for a game. So, great location to all those spots.

Boasting free bikes and views of garden, Wiggins Pass Chalet is a recently renovated aparthotel set in Naples, 18 km from Tin City. This 4-star aparthotel offers a lift and full-day security. We were met a the reception area by the owner, he escorted us to our room expanded everything. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms.

Located in Miami Beach, Boutique Suites 3 min walk to beach offers accommodation with a private pool and private parking. We loved this place. We've stayed in SoBe many times and this is our new favorite. Loved the pool being right off the living room. Lots of nice touches like a bottle of wine, plenty of Nespresso pods and toiletries. The location is 100% and we like the cafe downstairs too.

We stayed on the second floor and had a view of the ocean. It was a very short walk across the street to the beach. It was quiet, yet close to everything.

Located in Fort Lauderdale, Alani Bay Premium Condos is a recently renovated accommodation, 1.7 km from The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale Shopping Center and 2.3 km from Las Olas Boulevard. We arrived very late as the airline changed the schedule. Alex our host contacted us at every stage to make sure that we could access the property and had arrived safely. His communication was reassuring and helpful. The following day he provided us with excellent local advice on good restaurants. He was constantly supportive without being intrusive. The local area was safe and friendly. A great place to walk/run around where people said hello! The property was perfect for us with two double rooms and two bathrooms, one with a bath. The excellent laundry facility was a real bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Outstanding value for money. Fort Lauderdale was a great place to stay and the beach was wonderful.
