The room is located close to Old Town which allows easy navigation on foot as well as quick access to the trams. The room itself was extremely clean and tidy. The decor, fittings and furniture were modern and stylish with effort being taken to provide all creature comforts and necessities (bar fridge, microwave, washing machine etc.). The lounge/dining area is spacious with a couch, table, drink stands and ambient lighting. The entryway has desiginated areas for luggage (so it's out of the way). The reception staff Ava & Monica were delightful, welcoming and friendly. They were eager to help with recommendations for dining and site-seeing around Krakow. We really got the sense that they wanted us to get the most out of our stay. Breakfast in the adjoining cafè was organised effortlessly. The cafè itself is stunningly designed (someone must've had a lot of fun decorating it!) and, importantly, the food was great. All in all, really enjoyed our stay at H11 Aparthotel and highly recommend it to future travellers!

The location was great! 10min max walk to everywhere. But outside of all the noise and crowd. Everything was good. They let us leave our luggage after checkout. Perfect place to stay. Will come and stay there for sure.

Situé à Białka Tatrzanska, à moins de 100 mètres des thermes de Bania et à 22 km du château de Niedzica, l'Aparthotel Białczański propose des chambres climatisées avec salle de bains privative. The location was perfect for ski slopes and Bania thermal, breakfast had great options. Staff was awesome, and we were allowed an extra hour for check-out. There are also discounted tickets to thermal, renal of ski equipment etc, which is really nice.

Right at the ski track, beautiful, modern hotel. Bed is super-comfortable, room is very well equipped (e.g. smart tv with phone mirroring, tea/coffee set). Breakfast is outstanding.
