This is a small wine town with a few good restaurants ,the river and grass areas to take chairs and relax when the weather is warm . In fairness apart from wine tasting there is not much else ,however it is in a good mid area to go up or down the Mosel with Bernkastle-Kues one end and Cocham at the other .For a 2 or 3 day stop perfect .

Lots to do and not too expensive.
Lots to do and not too expensive. Kids loved the pool and zip lining. We also enjoyed the music events in town, at different Hofs/Hotels, and at the town concert hall. Great restaurants and wines.
Kröv is in the middle of the middle Mosel which has a very rich history, and not far from other beautiful rivers, such as the Rhine, Nahe, Saar, and even the tiny Eltz river.
quite location, but still close to center 5-10 minute walk and bakery-supermarket (5 minute walk). Spacious 6p appartement with 2 bedrooms, 2 connected bathrooms and 1 balcony. Appartement seemed recently be refurbished, renovated with well equipped kitchen, very nice interior with concrete/wood accents. Both bathrooms included individual toilet and rain shower, again with nice interior accents. Although no wine drinkers we stayed for walking and day-trips with parents who stayed at another apartment in Krov.
Being bikers, the location was perfect because the hotel is in front of the biking lane at the river. About 7 km's from Traben-Trarbach, 17 km's from Bernkastel, both are nice bike trips. We had a spacious room at the front with river view.
Breakfast (buffet) was great and had everything we care for, including freshly made fruit salad.
Bikes can be securely stored in the garage.
The location of the hotel is great for discovering the Mosel Valley. The breakfast was fabulous. Rooms clean and rather comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor garden area. Despite the rainy weather we enjoyed the every moment of our stay.
The hotel is very well located in Kröv, from there you can visit other places in the mosel. The hotel is very good decorated and everything feels like a cabin in the woods. Every employee was friendly and attentive. I will definitely go again!
The hosts are wonderful friendly people and we enjoyed the conversations! The apartment was very large, big balcony with great view on Kröv, the river and vineyards. It was very clean and everything provided that one needs. Just perfect!
Very nice atmosphere in a unique place where you can find beautiful views, serpentine routes and only a few minutes from Krov. This is a place for people who are looking for peace and quiet and friendly, discreet service.
Very nice welcome despite my late arrival.
Very good breakfast with different kind of hams and cheese, among others.
Krov is very nice small city with a lot of restaurants.
High quality, old style hotel with beautiful wooden furnishings, balcony and river views. Good breakfast, bikes safely locked in a garage, friendly owners.
The breakfast was very good. The central location of the Gasthof in Mosel-land is very good if you want to investigate interesting winevillages in Mosel
