The hotel is situated in the center of Kaysersberg, a lovely pittoresk village.
All staff at the hotel are very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. We loved our room which had a private patio overlooking the vinyards. The bathroom was spacious with a modern large walk-in shower. All very clean. The breakfast buffet offered many choices with freshly baked breads, pastries, fruits, yoghurt, assorted cheeses and cold cuts. The home made confitures were just delicious. Their restaurant Le Bistro offers a wonderful menu of mostly meat and fish dishes. The Spa at the hotel has a very nice heated pool, whirlpool and sauna. Great to spend some relaxing time there. The parking at the hotel is gated and for hotel guests only.
In all we spend a very nice week at this hotel and can highly recommend it.

This is a lovely hotel just outside the historical area of Kaysersberg. It is next to the forest and one can get to the center in under 5 minutes.
The staff was super welcoming and was always asking if we need anything else.
The rooms were great, breakfast - classical french breakfast.

The room is actually what we expected, but perhaps the cleanliness could be better. The location of the hotel is very central. The bathroom/toilet are big enough. We are 2 families with small children and I can say the accommodations meet our expectation. Except that I did not realised that most of the cafe close to the hotel is only open between 9-10am (my own mistake), and travelling with young children that would like to have their breakfast at 7.30am is maybe a bit challenging. However, there are enough good bakeries closed by and we get our breakfast at the bakery every morning.
Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Chaud'Vin provides accommodation with a bar and free WiFi. The property features mountain and river views, and is 11 km from House of the Heads.

Nice town with a remain of the castle from there is nice view all around
The Old Town less picturesque but has it charming on the Weiss River. Nice for easy walk. Many good restaurants with local food. 1-2 hours is enough for visiting

Absolutely adorable village in the heart of Alsace.
Absolutely adorable village in the heart of Alsace. Plenty of restaurants, shops and places to explore! Cobbled streets be warned! Booked in advance for the restaurant Alchemille - WOW 🤩 what an experience! Fine dining at its best and clear to see why it has won lots of awards. Had a brilliant weekend and already planing to go back for the Christmas markets! Thanks

Kaysersberg is a really pretty town, full of interesting old buildings and snickets. There is a castle and easy cycle / walk routes into the vineyards. We stayed in the centre, there are lots of good restaurants to chose from. I think you have to like meat and cheese to eat here. Kaysersberg was also a really good base to visit other places in Alsace and the Vosges mountains from, we even made a trip into Germany. We were there 6 days and could easily have stayed longer.

We loved the size of Kaysersberg.
We loved the size of Kaysersberg. It was a spacious town without the crowd of Colmar. There were several excellent restaurants, a renowned pottery shop, a historic church, and even castle ruins to climb to. Above the castle ruins there is a path for hiking--we didn't bring the right shoes.
I highly recommend use of the Kutzig bus to visit the nearby towns. It is an open air bus with a scheduled route, fairly priced, and with an easy app! We visited 4 of the 8 towns, based on our time schedule, was able to sip some wine, and not have to drive a mile. We were the only patrons on the bus when we rode. It is a missed opportunity to not support this business.
Good wine abounds as does the scenery! Kaysersberg was the best choice for us!!

Nice old small Alsace town close to everything in Alsace,...
Nice old small Alsace town close to everything in Alsace, such as vineyards, mountains and Colmar. Not much shopping and no night life, but nice for relaxing in a quiet and nice old Alsatian town. Try the local typical tarte flambée. Better than pizza. I think this town is more suited for middle age to senior couples than younger guys. But, if you, like us, want to be active as well doing some road bike tours in the mountains this is the place in Alsace.

The view from the castle is stunning as it looks over the vineyards and town. I found the longer path through the vineyard to be easier than the shorter path of stairs at the other end of the village.
The apartment was super nice and sparkling clean and very prepared to accommodate us (2 adults and 2 children, one of them a baby). It has lot's of space in the living room and receives a lot of natural light which is very nice.
The apartment is super central and we walked everywhere in Kaysersberg. There are stores, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets nearby, great location!
Edith was super helpful every time we needed some support. Thank you!
Central location in Kaysersberg. Very large garage and accommodation which had been very tastefully modernised. Very nicely stocked wine cooler from which wine could be purchased at a reasonable price.
Lots of walks and hikes from this location so no need to use a car if this is what you like to do.
We really liked the property and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in Kaysersberg and explore the local area.
Lovely apartment, with three bedrooms, and a very large living room & dining area. Nice location, quiet and walkable to beautiful Kaysersberg. Especially nice also for young children, as path to downtown was cyclable & scootable. The owners were super nice, making sure we have everything to feel comfortable! They even found a doctor's appointment for us - a great help since we could not speak French!
It was the second time we stayed in the hotel (the first one was in 2018) and since our last visit the hotel has been renovated and strengthened with new services, such as wellness area with sauna. In general, the customer service was excellent and people were always willing to help us and make us feel comfortable. We will definitely return and stay there again.
The apartment was superb. Beautifully presented - comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Remy and Helene were wonderful hosts, kind and generous, nothing was too much for them. The freshly baked croissants and pastries each morning were wonderful! We would highly recommend staying at Gite les oiseaux if you are visiting the Kayserberg region of Alsace.
I am often traveling to Kaysersberg and this was one of the best accommodation I visited. Everything is new, clean and generous. I have been enjoying very nice painted pictures. There is nice terrace with garden view outside, so if I get a chance to travel to Kaysersberg in summer time, I must not miss this opportunity. Thank you.
charming apartment in a lovely house. Located in the heart of Kaysersberg, right next to the river. The stay was comfortable, and everything was clean. The kitchen is good enough even for cooking. Bonus: property owner left a complimentary Kugelhopf (a local type of cake), which was really good!
An imaculately clean and well presented little apartment within the lovely town of Kaysersberg with good access to all local shops and restaurants.
Easy and straightforward communication with the property throughout the booking process
We would definitely stay again 👍
The location was perfect and it was very clean. A 5 minute walk to restaurants and the tourist office. Edith was helpful and respond to our needs. It had a great washing machine and dryer, which is excellent if you are spending several weeks travelling around Europe.
The ART hotel was perfect for our stay in Kaysersberg. We had a perfect view of the castle and the accommodations were immaculate. The room was quite large which was surprising for Europe. We were there on a very cold week and the temperature in the room was perfect.
Location is fantastic. Kaysersberg is a lovely town and made a great home base for exploring Alsace. Owner provided helpful information on restaurants and sightseeing. Parking is very convenient in a parking lot behind the row of houses. We really enjoyed our stay!
Wonderful room, wonderful staff and excellent location. Breakfast is also excellent and very good value for money. It was our second time in the hotel and we will be back soon for another stay as it is the perfect basecamp for that whole wonderful area.
The rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly! They also have a great bar and it is right in the center of town. If I ever come to Kaysersberg again I will definitely stay here. Great establishment I highly recommend!
The hotel and staff were exceptional but the quality of the breakfast and food was off the planet! Loved the traditional breakfast and the two restaurants really showcased Alsace cuisine, both traditional and modern.
Actually it's not hotel but more like zimmer, the room is just OK, with a terrace on the Weiss River, very nice to seat then the weather is good. The area is very quiet but 5 min from the center
Such a warm and friendly hotel! I fell in love with one more city & its residents. Merci beaucoup, Madame Keller for your kind support & for the amazing stay - I will never forget!
Great apartment in central location with parking. can’t get any closer to the center of action in Kaysersberg. Easy entry and check out. Nice kitchen. Stand up shower.
