Nice place (garden & pool and some sport facilities, also the restaurant) Near to Terme dei Papi. Good breakfast but not excelent (e.g. no vegetables... more italian than continental...with many sweets)
Located in the historical centre of Viterbo, the hotel is ideally positioned near the most important monuments, museums and typical restaurants of the city

The location is super central - you can walk everywhere. No need to have a car but if you do there's some parking and although my car was too large for the tiny old streets, I was able to leave it in the local piazza.
I am a solo female traveller and I felt very safe.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Italy. Located outside Viterbo in beautiful area. The structure is dated, but in good condition. There is a nice pool and very good restorant. The room was spacious and we had a big terace.

What a jewel of a place. We had wanted to come here for some time. Such magnificent buildings and interesting architecture. Very good and reasonably priced restaurants. We ate at L'Archetto, Cuatro Stagione, Tre Re.

Viterbo is a beautiful, charming little town, with some interesting tourist attractions, excellent bars and restaurants, and amazing thermal bath facilities close by in the area. Recommend having a car and visiting the thermal baths, they have day and evening options.

a quaint town that seems to have frozen in time. it is a lovely but slow paced place and the roads are really tiny to the point where driving is large car is not recommended. people are friendly and there are a lot of teen agers and university students. you can find cute shops and lovely dining options. unfortunately, i didn't get to tour the town but i heard that there are interesting places to visit.

It's an historic walled city with lovely tiny streets to wander around. The history of the Etruscans is very interesting.
I found a small trattoria and ate very well for 20 Euro - so I went there the next day.

Viterbo has a very large historic area, quite a lot of which is either pedestrianised or restricted to local traffic. It has a lot of parking areas outside the historic area, and there are elevators from two of them to the edge of the centre. It is not only an interesting place to walk around, but the countryside around is well worth investigating.

We found Viterbo to be an underrated gem of a town.
We found Viterbo to be an underrated gem of a town. It was a university town which meant it provided a youthful population, with lots of eating options and price points. The medieval center of town was amazingly beautiful, and the locals were very friendly. It is easy to access nearby sites from this city, while still being close to Rome. We loved it and while it was not a city we planned to visit, we are so glad we did.
Everything about aCasetta guesthouse was wonderful. Walkable distance from the Viterbo Porta Romana train station The bed and pillows very comfortable, the kitchen clean and well stocked to allow cooking. Small things like detergent for the washing machine, ample teabags and coffee pods compared to other stays. Most of all Arianna is welcoming and kind,
It’s a new and tranquil hotel where we spent a night on our way from Florence to Rome. It is very close to the cozy natural hot springs, Sorgente ternale delle Piscine Carletti. Simple but tasty Italian breakfast was great to start your day. A group of cats will be also at the hotel premises to welcome you 😺😺😺
The hotel is inside the medieval city and it’s a charming building close to the gate. The room is very confortable and cozy. The breakfast has a lot of options, sweet or sour, and a Lavazza machine for coffee.
The parking is outside the medieval city, but we found a parling space close to the gate.
Facilities and spaciousness were great. The apartment was very well equipped. Lots of extras, eg. coffee, tea, jam, oil, washing liquid, etc, were included. Hostess was very accommodating re a slightly late departure. Viterbo itself is a great city to visit. I hope to return.
Alessandro was very accommodating , and made great capuccino every morning. There could never be a better location in Viterbo, the view of the square is a big bonus. Our room had a direct access to the terrace, which during Christmas season was awesome.
Everything. The property is spacious, well kept, clean and quiet. It's conveniently located at the heart of Viterbo's old town. The host Claudia is very friendly. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Viterbo and its region.
The location ( must have a car )
Great staff from the ladies in front desk to the the people at the restaurant and the lady of house keeping always willing to help
It’s a 10 min drive from Viterbo old town must have a car
Welcoming spirit and help with luggage, and absolutely a fantastic spot for dinner, highlights of the walled city. AND PARKING -- without having to go outside the walls.
Furnishings and space were interesting, too.
The hotel is very beautiful and well-decorated. It is in the city center in the heart of the old city which makes it very easy to wonder around. The communication with the personnel is very direct and quick
Though not in the center this hotel really surprised me. Bath was pristine. Good and sunny room with balcony. Management was helpful and efficient. The restaurant/pizzeria in the same block is a bonus plus.
Good location, inside beautiful Viterbo old town, not far from the Duomo and palazzo dei Papi.
Large and clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast, rich and varied.
Very good price.
Anyone who wants to relax.
This is the most suitable place.
The thermal water is wonderful and relaxing.
The service at the hotel is above and beyond!!
