Close to market, Ben Yehuda, Jaffa and comfortable walk to old city. Spacious apartment...much bigger than ones we have stayed in before in Jerusalem. Also the quietest...cant hear cars. Very responsive host with lots of info when needed - for instance parking spots etc. New, comfortable and lovely furnishings. Very effective aircon. TV in room as well.

The only thing better than the gorgeous, clean, spacious facility was the time and care put in by Itai (the host). He was extremely responsive and incredibly helpful. He made our stay easy and truly wonderful! We very highly recommend the Y House!

Localisation was perfect, so close to old town, to light train, groceries and restaurants (some working during sabbath) and to vibrant City etc. I liked check in and check out automaticly (no one needs to wait). Great contact via Whatsaup with owner. There is good WiFi, fridge, kettle with pack of tea and coffe. You also do not need to bring shower gel etc everythig there. At last balcony ... you can sit and enjoy Jerusalem. I saw some opiniion about loudnes...I think if you want to stay in local apartment in super close to everything you should enjoy sound of city as well if you need royal condition choose citadel 5* and pay 5 times more I was super happy that I can walk 10 minutes to old town, 2 minutes to restaurant or gorcery or 4 minutes to light train and didnt expect 5* - for me perfect.
